Answer:
Definately second philosopher, a normal human are vail creature by nature. The whole process can be seem right from the start - when u are baby, u are a attention seaker, u learn to get to your own way just by crying. Whenever, u want something, u cry ur way out just by crying. Human are born liar... in this sense... also something evil....

However, what can change is a evil is by constant exposing of love, care and concern with every lesson learn when failing at a slow, painful but right way. Environment factor make a human from "left" to "right". However, only some human themselve can do it through enlightenment or some sort.

However, if ur surronding environment is bad...... evil become amplify lor...
